These terms govern the use of the simplifm.com website and the SimpliFM application.
Purpose
SimpliFM is an online maintenance management application (CMMS) offered as a subscription service (SaaS) to companies and organisations.
Access and trial
Access to the application requires a company account, approved by SimpliFM. The free trial lasts 30 days; afterwards, the account moves to the free plan with no data loss.
Subscription and cancellation
Plans and their limits are described on the Pricing page. The subscription has no minimum term.
Data
Data entered remains the property of the customer. SimpliFM undertakes to use it only to provide the service and to allow it to be exported (see the GDPR page).
