No. SimpliFM runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones, and can be added to your phone's home screen like an app. There is no native mobile app or offline mode yet: an internet connection is required.
Your account automatically moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. Creating items beyond the free plan limits (3 assets, 1 site, 1 user) is blocked until you choose a paid plan.
Yes, everyone who logs in counts as a user on your plan. Occupants or customers who report a fault through the request portal do not need an account.
