On this website (simplifm.com)
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics tool or third-party service (no external fonts, videos or scripts). The contact form sends nothing to our servers: it prepares an email in your own mail app.
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, date) for security and proper operation.
In the SimpliFM application
Data entered in SimpliFM (sites, assets, work orders, users, documents) belongs to your organisation. It is used only to provide the service and is never sold or passed on to third parties.
Personal data processed: first name, last name, work email address and role of users, sign-in and activity logs needed for security, content entered in work orders and service requests.
For this data, your organisation is the controller and SimpliFM acts as a processor. A data processing agreement (DPA) can be signed on request.
Recipients
Authorised people in your organisation, according to the permissions you give them, and SimpliFM for platform maintenance.
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (never stored in clear text), optional two-factor authentication, account lockout after repeated failures, data and files isolated between companies, role-based access rights.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. See the GDPR page to exercise them. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or the authority in your country.
